This Agreement, the relationships between you and MHC and the use of MHC's Website and the resolution of any dispute arising between the parties shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Gambia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and MHC which in any way concerns this Agreement or the use of the MHC Website or any information contained thereon shall be brought exclusively in the courts of The Gambia.

All references herein to MHC shall be deemed to include any subsidiary, affiliate, associate or successor corporation of MHC.

MHC has operations in The Gambia. Privacy is an important part of the way we do business. MHC has always strived to maintain the confidentiality of personal information belonging to everyone we interact with therefore we have developed an MHC Privacy Commitment to guide these relationships.
